The Stanley Hotel was the setting for a creepy Stephen King book/movie, "The Shining" - and we stayed there a couple of years back, with the movie running continuously on a hotel channel. A well appointed hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Estes Park (where I shot this), but it was raining and delayed our arrival. The Rocky Mountains are behind the hotel.
I'm a semi-professional photographer with a love for landscape and travel photography. Most of my photographs are taken while traveling the world. Almost all are shot in the moment, as I'm walking around enjoying the scenery. I live in San Antonio, TX but travel frequently and I'm always looking for something new.
